This support package is for the user who is fairly comfortable with the software and feels they will only have an occasional question on how to optimize the software. Additionally, the response time on the Standard Package will not be as quick as the Premier. Those requiring quicker response time should consider getting the Premier Package

This support package is for the user who is not quite as comfortable with the software and is going to need more help throughout the use of the software. This user will send questions a little more frequently than someone subscribing to the standard support, and may need help with some of the more basic uses of the features.

The Platinum support package is our top-of-the-line support package. This support package is intended for bigger companies with many seats of the software (7 minimum). With this package, subscribers will have access to our support team just about whenever they need them. Users can schedule meetings via GoToMeeting and chat or call at all hours. With this package users will also be able to request to add features to the software that would be helpful to them and their business. Users of this package will be bigger companies who often need the full time support to instantly solve all of their problems.
