Cloud Conversion’s Quick Start program is designed to get you up and running on your Cloud Conversion Integration tools as quickly as possible. The Quick Start program has three options to choose from, offering different levels of guidance through the setup process, but no matter which package you choose, you will have your solution setup in only 45 days through a series of GoToMeeting sessions. By the end of your Quick Start experience you will be able to have your solutions fully setup and pulling all of your data into Salesforce. Additionally, you will have your emails configured and being sent into Salesforce. We will also help you to import your Canned Responses (our name for FAQs you can automatically send to customer questions coming from any one of your selling platforms). Additional features of our solutions that we will help you to understand and setup with your Quick Start packages include User and Queue creations, RMA configuration, Workflow, and Reporting and Dashboards.
The Quick Start program is not, however, meant to be an unlimited help session. You will be able to be fully setup in 45 days, but your program will end after the allotted 45 days.
